Q: Do I need to login to view the news and events channels, Reggie’s Column and podcasts?
A: Yes  you will need to subscribe to a Base Camp account to view all editorial content available on the Reglex hub. With a Base Camp package, you will have access to a certain number of free enforcement notices available via the Enforcement Database per month. You can subscribe for free to access free content without having to input payment details.

Q: Why is there a paywall to read some news articles?
A: We aggregate news articles from various RSS feeds and a click on a specific article takes you to the original publisher’s website. It is up to the original publisher to determine whether they will charge for full article access or not.

Q: Do I need to login to view the Enforcement Database?
A: Yes, you will need to have a package to view the Enforcement Database. With the Base Camp package, you will have access to a certain number of free enforcement notices available via the Enforcement Database per month. In order to gain unlimited access to the Enforcement Database, you will need to subscribe for a Summit Enforcer or Summit Explorer package. Visit our Packages and Pricing for more details.

Q: Do I need to login to view the Deadline Tracker?
A: Yes, you will need to have a package to view the Deadline Tracker. In order to gain unlimited access to the Deadline Tracker, you will need to subscribe for a Summit Tracker or Summit Explorer package. Visit Packages and Pricing for more details.

Q: How much does Reglex cost?
A: Reglex has different pricing options depending on your needs and preferences. You can choose from monthly or annual subscriptions or purchase compliance templates with a one-off payment. For more details, please visit Packages and Pricing.

A: That’s simple! Contact our sales team to request a demo, and we will organise one at your convenience.  

Q: How secure is Reglex?
A: Reglex is very secure and reliable. We use the latest encryption and authentication technologies to protect your data and privacy. We also comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection and confidentiality. We do not share your data with any third parties without your consent. 

Q: How can I get started with Reglex?
A: Getting started with Reglex is easy and fast. You just need to register for a Base Camp package with your details including you email address, and you will be sent login details. You can start using our platform right away. Please note that if your intention is to subsequently subscribe toa premium package, it is advisable to register using your corporate email address (as opposed to gmail.com, hotmail.com etc.).  

If you wish to subscribe to a premium package, you will need to first hold a Base Camp package, and then upgrade your package through the ‘Account’ menu option. You can access premium content as soon as payment has been made (either by online card payment or by bank transfer).  

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For online payments, we accept credit or debit cards via our secure payment platform, Stripe.  Stripe secures your details and process the payment with us. We do not hold any card details. 

We also accept bank transfers direct to our Reglex account. In this case, please contact our sales team who will discuss your requirements and find the right solution for you.

Q: Are there any restrictions on paid content?
A: The compliance templates are for end users only. We cannot provide templates to consultancies or partners who charge clients fees for delivering compliance projects. We need to validate that you are an end user before we can share the templates. 

Q: Can I have a Multiuser Account?
A: Yes, you can have multiple users under one account. The Summit Enforcer, Summit Tracker and Summit Explorer packages allow up to ten (10) users. If you wish to host eleven (11) or more users, this would be an Enterprise package, and will need to be set up via our sales team. Please note a Base Camp package is limited to a single user account.  

Please note that for multiuser accounts, the system will only accept your corporate email address using your corporate domain. Email domains such as gmail.com orhotmail.com (and similar) are not accepted.  

You may upgrade a Summit Enforcer, Summit Tracker or Summit Explorer package to multiuser account. You must add your work domain, i.e. ‘acme.com’ to the account before other users with the same domain, i.e. john.doe@acme.com and jane.doe@acme.com,  may be added. Multiple domains, i.e. acme.com, acme.com.hk, acme.sg, may be added to allow your account to cover multiple jurisdictions that your organisation may operate in, allowing centralised account management.

Q: Who is the account Administrator?
A: The system is also designed such that the user who first registers an account is deemed to be the Administrator for that account. The Administrator may then add further users and administrators, and upgrade the packages associated with the account. Additional administrators may be added to cater for an Administrator leaving a company and therefore passes the Administrator role to another user(s).  

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.  

If you wish to reset your password, you may do so via ‘Profile’ and clicking the ‘Reset Password’ button.  

Q: How do I update my account information?
A: You can update your individual information, such as your name, nickname, phone numbers, and job title via ‘Profile’. You can also reset your password through ‘Profile’, by clicking the ‘Change Password’ button.  

If you are an Administrator, you will be able to amend information under ‘Account’ by accessing the ‘Admin’ tab. In the ‘Admin’ tab, you will be able to manage your billing information, email domains, administrators and users.  

If you make payments online via Stripe, you can manage your payment details via the ‘Manage Payment Details’ button, which is located on ‘Account’ page.

Q: How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
A: To unsubscribe from our newsletters, please click the ‘unsubscribe’ button located in the newsletter itself. This will automatically remove you from the distribution list.  

Q: How can I cancel my package?
A: If you have premium package, and pay online via card, you can cancel your package via the ‘Manage Payment Details’ button. This will take you to the Stripe platform where there are steps to cancel your package. Please see clause 4.2 of our Payment Terms for further information relating to cancelling packages.
